Gilo Creations prides itself on keeping a readily available quantity of stock alwyas ready for delivery making it possible to ship immediately if the product is rush and in stock. Other deliveries will be assessed on an order to order basis with estimated shipping time within 7 business days.

The information submitted to Gilo Creations will not be sold or shared with any third parties.

Returns & Replacements

Products purchased can be returned or replaced within 10 days of purchase only if the products shiped were misrepresented to the consumer or if they were received damaged from the sender. Any other circumstances will be evaluated as they are received. We have the right to refuse returns if the products are received in the same condition as represented. Certain restrictions apply.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment for orders can be made online through Paypal or alternate methods can be arranged by contacting our customer service between Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm EST.  Pricing is either in Canadian or US currencies as indicated on the website. Promotional pricing is for a limited time only. All pricing and availabilty are subject to change at anytime without notice. Ordering may and can be done via our website, by phone at 1-800-565-4456 or by fax at 1-800-284-3622.
